Ken Nilsson, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Ken Nilsson, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director - joined Troy in 1997. Ken has over 35 years international mine construction and production experience. Ken was responsible for the construction and development of Troy's Western Australian operations at Sandstone. He then relocated to Brazil to oversee the building of the Sertao Mine in Goias state. In 2007, Ken led the team responsible for the relocation of the Sertao plant and the development of the Andorinhas Mine. He subsequently relocated to Argentina and managed the development of Troy's Casposo operation. He is responsible for operations at the Karouni Gold Project in Guyana.
Rebecca Broughton, Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Rebecca is a Chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in both public practice and commerce, with a significant focus in the natural resources sector. Rebecca commenced her career at Ernst and Young, and now holds senior finance positions at several publicly listed mining companies. She is currently CFO for ASX-listed Flinders Mines (ASX.FMS) and has also previously served as financial controller for ASX-listed MZI Resources (ASX.MZI) and Finance Manager for ASX-listed Resolute Mining Limited (ASX.RSG). Rebecca holds a BCom (Accounting and Banking) from Curtin University of Technology.
